Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) Strategic Development Manager Jack McPherson appeared on the June 19 edition of “The Daily Signal” with host Tony Kinnett.

Jack discussed the fundamentals of the Article V process and the significant progress that the grassroots Convention of States movement has made to date. He also discussed how states can assert themselves and their interests, which broadens the engagement and participation of the people.

Jack also outlined how the grassroots can utilize the process of federalism to get to 34 states and convention, and mentioned the expansion of the ELP’s educational offerings.
